We no longer participate with insurance.  We will still submit claims to Medicare for our Medicare Patients. We will still submit Workman's Comp. claims and Auto Accident claims.

As of October 15th 2016 we will no longer be accepting insurance.  We will still accept Medicare, Auto accident claims and Workmans Comp. Please read the letter attached by clicking on the "Letter to Patients"
